Information we collect

When you use Reviz, we may collect the following information:

Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and exam date when you create an account or start a quiz session.
Usage data: Quiz responses, scores, session duration, pages visited, and feature interactions. This data is used to personalise your learning experience and improve Reviz.
Payment information: When you subscribe, payment is processed through Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or bank account details — Razorpay handles all payment data under their own privacy and security policies.
Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type. This is collected automatically for security and analytics purposes.

How we use your information

To provide and personalise the Reviz learning experience, including adaptive question generation and mastery tracking.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests.
To improve Reviz through aggregate usage analytics (we do not sell individual user data).

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure server access, and regular backups. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:

Razorpay: For payment processing.
Analytics tools: Such as Google Analytics, for aggregate usage insights. These tools do not receive personally identifiable information.
Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Analytics and session recording

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — pages visited, buttons clicked, and anonymised session replays and heatmaps. Anything you type into forms is masked before it reaches these tools; we do not record the contents of your entries. This helps us find and fix problems with the site. Cookies

Reviz uses essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your login state. We may also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect functionality.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Reviz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

First-party acquisition measurement

Reviz uses a first-party cookie named reviz_acquisition, lasting up to 30 days, to connect a landing page and a broad source category with an account when you sign in in the same browser. This helps us measure server-recorded trials and payments. This measurement does not store search terms, full referring URLs, form contents or IP addresses in its attribution records, and it does not send those records to an advertising platform. Records are retained for up to 90 days.

We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for this measurement. You can also turn it off for this browser below; this does not disable essential sign-in cookies or change other analytics settings described in this policy.
