Subscription plans

Reviz offers paid subscription plans for access to the full platform. All plans are billed upfront for the selected duration (1 month, 3 months, or 6 months).

No refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be reversed or refunded regardless of usage. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation means no further billing will occur after your current paid period ends. You will continue to have full access until the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the current period.

What cancellation means

• No future charges after the current billing period.
• Full access continues until the end of your paid period.
• No partial or prorated refunds for unused time.
• You can re-subscribe at any time at the then-current pricing.

Payment processor

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and typically takes 5-10 business days after we initiate the refund.
